Delegate Information
It is the booker's responsibility to ensure they have input the correct information.
Entries
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure they have (written) permission from any owner of the supporting material they are wishing to upload. This includes:
Literary works such as articles, stories, journals, or computer programs
Pictures and graphics
Blueprints of architecture
Plays and screenplays
Audiovisual recordings such as movies
Sound recordings
PowerPoint presentations
Confirmation
All delegate bookings will be confirmed by email within 5 working days. If you do not receive confirmation of your entry/booking, please contact zoe.hamson@emap.com. The confirmation email will include a receipt of your payment or a copy of your invoice.
Payments and Cancellations
Bookings may be paid by credit card at the time of booking or an invoice option is available up to 30 days before the event takes place. Please note the payment must be received in full before the event. Only payment in sterling will be accepted.
Fees are payable upon receipt of invoice. Fees are payable in advance and we reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received before the event. Payment will still be due.
Registrations are transferable until 14 days prior to the event. To transfer your place, please contact zoe.hamson@emap.com. Cancellations can be made up to 60 days prior to the event and must be confirmed in writing to zoe.hamson@emap.com and will be subject to a 30% administration charge.
Cancellations after that date will be subject to full payment. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisation to alter the content, timing or location of this event.
Discounts: discounts cannot be combined. If you qualify for more than one discount we will apply the higher discount rate. Discounts must be redeemed at time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.
Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Special requirements
Any dietary requirements, access requirements or any other special requests must be made known to the event organiser at least two weeks prior to the event. If not, we cannot confirm that we will be able to accommodate them. Any additional charges incurred for special requests will be passed on to the delegate where reasonable.
Lighting and special effects
It is the table booker’s responsibility to inform guest(s) that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used on the night.
Alterations and Event Cancellation
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the venue or the date of the event. We will give you as much notice as we can and your booking will be transferred to the new venue or date. If the event is formally cancelled, it may be possible to transfer your booking to a suitable alternative event or be refunded, at the discretion of the organiser.
Data Protection Data protection
The information you provide will be safeguarded by emap, whose subsidiaries may use it to keep you informed of relevant products and services.
