The Elektra Awards recognise successful companies and talented individuals right across our exciting industry and it is great to continue to be involved. As well as bringing together some of the best companies in each of the many categories, the annual Elektra Awards provides the perfect opportunity to recognise top talent and success. 

The Elektra Awards are highly prestigious, and keenly fought over. Winners and nominees represent the pinnacle of excellence in our industry and as such, the Elektras provide a much-needed spotlight, highlighting successful technological innovation. Mouser supports the Awards because it gives us a chance to be associated with the best our industry has to offer.

Spacechips benefited from winning New Company of the Year and Excellence in High-Reliability Design through improved exposure and visibility around the world. This resulted in increased enquiries, sales and global market share. 

We are immensely pleased with our achievements at the Elektra Awards. It can be very difficult to justify the time and effort required to prepare an application, but our experience has proven that the investment is worthwhile and we recommend other start-ups consider this option to grow their business and explore new opportunities.

We are extremely proud to have won the Educational Support Award. It is a major endorsement of the company’s ongoing efforts to support educational programmes and nurture the vast range of possibilities offered by engineering and electronics design in the minds of the engineers of tomorrow.

Pioneering a new technology is always challenging. Having it win a prestigious award is wonderful, and to win two is incredible. It’s a tremendous validation for all the hard work that the Engineering team at GSS has put into this solid-state technology that is now being used from the heights of space to the depths of the ocean. We were particularly pleased that our work in healthcare applications was recognised. The global nature of the Elektra Awards has really helped raise our international profile, with enquiries and orders coming in from all corners of the world.
